Hiking is an excellent low impact aerobic activity done outdoors for both the novice and experienced. Usually done on a dirt trail and most often includes some form of elevation. I guide you on trail tips, what to bring and pack, hiking shoes, how often to take breaks.
Similar to outdoor biking, hiking requires one to pace themselves with regards to their energy expenditure as you will have to hike back to your original starting point. Local parks used such as Griffith Park or Canyon Park in Monrovia. We steadily progress to more mountainous terrain such as Mt. Wilson and/or Mt. Baldy.
