Outdoor road biking
down the San Gabriel or Los Angeles/Rio Hondo riverbeds. This activity is primarily for advance riders however those wanting to introduce themselves at a slower pace are welcome. Beginner mileage 10-20 miles. Advance mileage 30-100 miles. Of course, you as a client would need to provide your own road bike, however we are more than happy to show you the benefits of that this cardio exercise can provide.
