This form of training is used for groups of 2 or more when exercise is the main goal of the group, personal goals set aside. Ordinarily exercise is done in a circuit form with each participant completing up to 8 circuits in approximately 10 minutes with a 2 minute rest period in between rounds. Completion of anywhere of 4-6 rounds is typical depending on the fitness level of participants. Can be done daily, every other day, or at least 2-3 times a week. This is a preferred method of fitness when cost is a concern.
